Key Responsibilities
- Working with distribution partners and taking care of direct customers in the China region
- Accomplish annual sales target
- Develop and manage sales channels
- Market analysis and sales plan
- Account management
Experience / Skills Required
- 10+ years in SMT electronics industry
- 5+ years sales skills in board testing (ICT), programming
- Account management skill and team work with process is required
- Good communication skills required
- Ability to communicate with multi-national clients and distribution partners
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
- Bachelor in Engineering is required, Master is preferred

In-System Programming (ISP) Applications Engineer
Develop embedded microprocessor in-circuit programming application solutions for customers using a product line awarded as a "Best In Test Solution" in 2006.
Work for a company with a proven 20+ years record of providing PC-based test solutions in the board test industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply MultiWriter pps In-System Programming solutions for circuit boards
- Provide technical support of engineers applying MultiWriter technology at other sites
Experience/Skills Required
- BSEE or equivalent with minimum of 1 year work experience
- µP-based software and hardware design and debugging
- Use of DSOs and logic analyzers
- Familiarity with analog and digital circuit design
- Familiarity with serial communication protocols (e.g. SPI, I2C, JTAG)
- Skilled at written and verbal communication in English
- Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer oriented work ethic
- Strong project management skills
